Our History

Our Christian church was founded in A.D. 33 on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2), and so we follow and seek after the traditions of the 1st Century Christians. (2nd Thessalonians 2:15)

God has called us to be separate from the world (2nd Corinthians 6:14-18), and has sent His servants throughout the ages to help us find the old paths. (Jeremiah 6:16)

The early Anabaptist teachers, such as Menno Simons, taught us to live as Christ would have us to do, and to not swear oaths (Matthew 5:34), and that there was no basis for infant baptism or military service.

Other early Anabaptist teachers (around 1528 A.D.) such as Andreas Fischer, Oswald Glait, and Hans Bunderlin laid down their lives to teach our people the true Sabbath day.

The only acceptable doctrines reflect the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and not the traditions of men. (Mark 7:6-9)
